Job Title : Receptionist

Job Location : Enola, PA

Pay range : $17.50/hr

Full time

Our client, a well-known and reputable employer, is looking for a temporary receptionist to assist on-site for a 4-month assignment (October to December). The receptionist will assist with the day-to-day operations of the store and events. This position allows you to perform meaningful work with one of Pennsylvania’s top employers!

About the Receptionist role

  • Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturday availability is a plus but not required)
  • 9 am – 6 pm
  • October-December assignment
  • $17/h

Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Greeting/Checking in customers
  • Promote retail services
  • Keep lobby clean and orderly
  • Communicate business flow with Senior Management
  • Maintain calendars
  • Assist with social media postings

Receptionist Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Experience in marketing and/or health policy is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Acuity scheduling tool is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)

Work Location: In person (ENOLA, PA)
