<p>&#8220;I liked Barb immediately and felt she really understood where I was coming from and what I needed,&#8221; Joellyn recalls. This connection would prove valuable years later when, in 2016, seeking better opportunities, she reached out to Abel once again. Barb&#8217;s excitement about a new position would mark the beginning of what Joellyn describes as &#8220;the best job I&#8217;ve ever had on so many levels.&#8221;</p>
