Summary of the Call Center Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative will assist customers on the phone by providing product/service information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The Customer Service Representative will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction and productivity metrics.

Responsibilities of the Call Center Customer Service Representative
- Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers and/or potential customers’ questions regarding Toll-By-Plate and E-ZPass.
- Process a high volume of identification and approval of vehicle images via CSCWinClient Computer Data Base.
- Document customers’ concerns and problems.
- Provide, update, and change account holder information as requested by customers.
- Provide customers with information regarding and updating invoices/accounts as requested by customers.
- Process payments.
- Provide technical assistance to customers having trouble accessing their account information online or through the mobile app
- Register transponders purchased at retail locations.
- Meet personal/customer service team call handling quotas
Qualifications of the Call Center Customer Service Representative
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and problem solve
- Telephone etiquette and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations
- Excellent communication and ability to empathize
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Pass a drug test and criminal background check
