Job Overview:
We are looking for Call Center Representatives to communicate information to inbound callers. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the main liaison between the company and customers. This is a great opportunity for those who have customer service experience but looking to get into an office environment with a set schedule.
Your main goal will be to effectively address caller issues, complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
Paid training is provided – this is an on-site position (no remote positions).

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
- Research every issue and provide solutions to them
- Follow company’s communication “scripts”
- Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet qualitative and quantitative call targets.

- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listener
- Adaptable to different personality types
- Familiarity with technology

- Excellent time management skills
- High school degree
- Able to pass a Criminal Background check
- Proven strong attendance and punctuality track record
