Mail Room Clerk Stager/Scanner

Stager/Scanner Position
Are you ready for a dynamic role where your attention to detail and teamwork shine? As a Stager/Scanner, you’ll be an essential part of the operations, working on-site from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities of Mail Room Stager/Scanner

Classifying and staging multi-page documents via mail, email, fax, and online, according to program and type.
Batching multiple documents of the same type, ensuring each document is properly separated from the next to avoid rescans and possible HIPAA violations.
Assigning ACNs based on program, type, and date.
Scanning documents into an electronic imaging system.
Familiarity using an electronic imaging system to search/review documents.
Updating multiple log sheets with ACNs and counts.
Must be detail oriented and able/willing to work independently and as part of a team.
Use multiple computer programs throughout the day to ensure all documents and applications are processed in a timely manner.

Experience Required of Mail Room Stager/Scanner

Accuracy is key as you log batches and compile daily productivity reports for our team leads.
Must have basic math skills.
Knowledge of numerical filing system.
Compile and submit daily productivity reports to TA.
Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Communicate any issues or concerns with TA, Supervisor, Manager.

Responsibilities: For the Home Retention Counselor

Maintain an auto queue of Non-FHA accounts that are 15-44 days delinquent; make outgoing calls and take incoming calls through a designated phone queue – minimum requirement of 175 calls per day. Also send letters encouraging the borrower to contact PHFA
Process incoming payments and advise the accounting area how to post the funds that were received
Review financial information to see if a complete package has been received. If items are missing, send letter to borrower
Maintain a neat and organized work area
Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Default Servicing

Job Requirements For the Home Retention Counselor

High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher preferred.
At least one year of experience in the mortgage or collections industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with borrower
Ability to perform a high volume of work daily
Must have a team mentality
Ability to work independently
Bilingual is a plus

Physical Demands:

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
Must work one (1) evening per week (Monday through Thursday – work hours that day are from 10:30 am -7pm).

This is a fully remote position. Summary
The Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with nonprofit clients to help them reach their financial and operational goals, research, write, and submit grant applications, promote fundraising, program events, and special opportunities, and find new ways to support programs, campaigns, and organizational operations. This position will collaborate with nonprofit leaders to determine needs, understand impacts, and best represent the organization to all. The Associate will work closely with both organizational and nonprofit client leadership in meeting the needs of the projects undertaken and must be able to manage and serve multi-project lanes simultaneously.

Qualifications / Education

B.A. / B.S. degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Associate’s degree required.

Responsibilities
