What You’ll Do
As the Administrative Associate, you will:
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, calendar management, meeting preparation, and administrative follow-up
- Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls, creating a professional and helpful first impression
- Process payments, donations, daily bank deposits, and related documentation accurately
- Assist with HR onboarding, including interview scheduling, paperwork, screenings, and new-hire documentation
- Help keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting general office upkeep
- Use your Spanish and English communication skills to support employees, visitors, callers, and internal teams
What You’ll Bring
You may be a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- 2–4 years of administrative, office, front desk, or customer service experience
- An associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry, payments, records, and documentation
- A valid driver’s license for bank runs and occasional local travel
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work on-site in or near Lancaster, PA
Preferred, But Not Required
- Basic financial, accounting, payment processing, or deposit experience
- Experience supporting executive leadership or senior office staff
- Experience with HR onboarding, office coordination, or vendor communication
