We're seeking a detail-oriented Reimbursement Analyst – Floater to join a growing team that supports statewide reimbursement, compliance, and financial review initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple program areas, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Review contracts, invoices, and financial documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze financial reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Research and interpret policies, regulations, and reimbursement guidelines.
- Prepare and process invoices while ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Calculate reimbursement rates and validate supporting documentation.
- Maintain databases and track financial and compliance information.
- Generate reports and identify trends to support operational improvements.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor shared email accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with policy updates, documentation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.
- Travel within Pennsylvania on an as-needed basis.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience (one of the following):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Business Administration, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field.
OR
- Three or more years of experience in compliance, program administration, reimbursement, policy, human services, or a related field.
OR
- Five or more years of experience in financial management, accounting, invoicing, or administration involving federal or state funding.
Required Skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
