Job Description
Abel Personnel is hiring an Eligibility Analyst to conduct detailed data review and support benefits eligibility operations. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and assisting internal and external stakeholders with eligibility-related inquiries.
Key Duties
- Analyze eligibility data to confirm accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile discrepancies across benefit systems and vendor files
- Enter and update member information with a high level of accuracy
- Respond to inquiries from personnel and members regarding eligibility
- Support data integrity initiatives and research assignments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy policies
Required Skills
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience in data entry or eligibility processing
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
