(Remote Position)

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing professional, empathetic assistance on programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls related to eligibility, benefits, and program eligibility ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality while researching and communicating information clearly.
  • Support process improvements by identifying operational issues.
  • Educate providers on claim submissions and treatment plans.
  • Assist callers with enrolled in-state funded programs.
  • Answer questions related to program eligibility, application status and required documentation needed for suspended enrollment applications.

  • Must be Bi-lingual – fluent in Spanish and English, able to successfully understand and respond to calls and questions asked, helpful to know varying degrees of Spanish Dialect.
