Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain billing documentation (purchase orders, invoices, freight records)
- Verify vendor invoices against quoted pricing
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on customer deposits
- Process freight and ancillary billing details accurately and on time
- Provide administrative and cross-functional support to Accounting/Finance and other departments
- Assist team members and take on additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
