Night Shift Computer Operator Supervisor Boston MA
The Computer Operator Supervisor provides operational leadership and hands-on support for the Central Control System, overseeing daily computer operations, monitoring the company’s enterprise infrastructure, and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues. This role acts as a bridge between Computer Operations staff and Technology leadership
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule Flexible start and end from 7PM To 7AM
  • Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support daily computer operations to ensure system availability and operational continuity.
  • Oversee execution of daily operational checklists and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues according.
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational incidents and coordinate recovery efforts to restore normal operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all incidents and issues using the designated tracking system.
  • Enforce correct escalation procedures within Computer Operations and across interdependent departments.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to new and existing computer operators.
  • Support Senior Computer Operators and assume senior-level duties during their absence.
  • Respond to and follow up on customer and internal support inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with SSAE 18 audit requirements and internal control standards.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
 
Requirements
  • Associate degree from a Technical College or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 12–24 months of experience in computer operations or a related technical environment.
  • Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal history background check.
  • Must pass an FBI-style background check required for obtaining a Gaming License.
