What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound customer service calls, assisting with billing questions, payments, and account updates
- Review and interpret images to accurately identify license plate information
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Update and maintain customer accounts and records
- Assist customers with payments, disputes, and account resolution
- Educate customers on cost-saving options and services
- Support resolution of outstanding balances and related inquiries
