Sign-On Bonus: $250 total! Receive $100 after your first two weeks and $150 at 90 days!

What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for members and providers, offering professional, empathetic assistance in both Spanish and English.
- Answer inbound calls related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and programs with clarity and care.
- Explain policies, procedures, and enrollment requirements.
- Support providers with claims processing and treatment plan submissions.
- Assist with enrollment application questions and required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality while accurately researching and communicating information.
- Help identify and suggest improvements to processes and services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, empathetic demeanor in fast-paced or stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and tools.
- Ability to set up equipment, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and work independently with remote support.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and workflows.
- Positive, customer-first attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Prior customer service or healthcare experience is a plus.
Work-From-Home Requirements:
- A private, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions or disruptions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to self-install and maintain basic technical equipment, including troubleshooting minor connectivity or system issues.
- Willingness and ability to occasionally commute to the Harrisburg office when needed (e.g., for training, meetings, or equipment pickup).
