Position Summary
As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound customer calls, process requests with precision, and make accurate adjustments to account information. This role requires excellent math and data entry skills to ensure every transaction and record is correct. You’ll resolve customer issues with professionalism and consistency while maintaining high service quality.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position (9 AM–6 PM) with no nights or weekends and overtime opportunities available when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Apply strong mathematical accuracy to verify data, balances, and account adjustments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies efficiently and consistently.
- Maintain detailed call records and documentation within multiple systems.
- Following procedure is absolutely required in order to obtain the desired account outcome.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals for quality and productivity.
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally at all times.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality as a valued team member.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of call center or high-volume customer service experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Strong math aptitude—ability to perform quick, accurate calculations.
- Exceptional attention to detail; precision in data entry and documentation is critical.
- Proven ability to analyze issues and resolve customer problems effectively.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and software simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistent work history showing dependability and commitment.
Compensation and Benefits
- $19/hour starting pay with room for advancement.
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (no weekends or late shifts).
