Job Overview
Abel Personnel is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a full-time, onsite call center role. This opportunity is ideal for dependable professionals who thrive in structured environments and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality customer service.
Candidates with Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly encouraged to apply; however, bilingual ability is not required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls professionally
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Provide service in English; Spanish-language support as applicable
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining composure
- Navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or escalated customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working with technology and multiple systems
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Experience supporting diverse customer populations
- Prior experience in a high-volume or regulated call center environment

Schedule & Work Expectations
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends)
- Onsite attendance required
