Position Overview
In this role, you will manage customer accounts, payments, and support inquiries while delivering a high level of service. Success in this position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls regarding account balances, payments, and general inquiries
- Assist with account troubleshooting, including billing and payment-related questions
- Provide guidance and support to resolve customer concerns professionally
- Process updates and maintain accurate customer account information
- Handle account disputes and issue resolution with attention to detail
- Document all interactions while working across multiple systems in real time
A Day in the Life
You start your day logging into your systems and reviewing any updates from your team. Once your shift begins, you’ll begin taking inbound calls from customers needing assistance with their accounts.
Throughout the day, you’ll:
- Speak with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide them through solutions
- Navigate multiple systems while documenting each interaction in real time
- Shift between calls and account updates, maintaining both speed and accuracy
- Handle a mix of straightforward inquiries and more complex situations that require problem-solving and patience
You’ll be part of a structured environment where expectations are clear, support is available, and your performance is measured through consistency and quality. As you build confidence and meet performance goals, you’ll have the opportunity to earn remote flexibility.
