Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative
A well-established, reputable insurance agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their dynamic team! This role focuses on serving our clients, providing exceptional customer service, coverage advice, and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met with care and professionalism. Competitive compensation$47  $62K DOEThis position can be based in either our Camp Hill or Harrisburg, PA.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Agent: 
  • Provide exceptional service to Personal Lines clients through policy reviews, renewals, endorsements, and coverage counseling
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in-person to answer questions, process requests, and resolve concerns
  • Advise clients on coverage options, ensuring their needs are adequately protected
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the agency management system
  • Collaborate with team members and insurance carriers to deliver the best client experience possible
  • Support agency initiatives and contribute to an efficient, positive work environment
Qualifications of Customer Service Agent:
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (PA) 
  • Experience in Personal Lines insurance preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable, ethical, and dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Organized and self-motivated, able to handle multiple 
  • Positive, professional attitude and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
