• Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (first week)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Financial Services Representatives to join a growing team supporting financial operations and customer account services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in banking, customer service, accounting support, billing, collections, payment processing, or financial administration who are looking for a stable weekday schedule and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile financial transactions and customer account activity
• Process refunds, chargebacks, returned checks, and payment adjustments
• Research and resolve customer account inquiries
• Review and code invoices for processing
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end activities
• Monitor daily payment activity and account balances
• Perform account and credit card reconciliations
• Process incoming payments and checks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report financial information

Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, accounting, finance, billing, collections, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Associate's Degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered
