Abel Personnel is seeking a Loan Servicing Coordinator to support a mission-driven state-affiliated organization that administers housing programs across Pennsylvania. This is a temporary position with strong potential to transition into a permanent role, ideal for an administrative professional with experience in housing services, loan servicing, or financial program support.
This position supports the Administrative Services team by managing borrower communications, handling critical loan servicing mail, and performing clerical and system-based duties that support timely and accurate servicing operations.
Position Highlights:
- Hybrid Schedule: 2–4 days onsite per week in Harrisburg, PA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: $21/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and mail required borrower notices including Act 6 and Act 91 letters
- Process and track UPS and certified mail; handle incoming and outgoing default mail
- Research and route undeliverable or miscellaneous correspondence using servicing software
- Scan and organize default and servicing documentation into Metaviewer system
- Support foreclosure referral prep by retrieving and saving scanned documents
- Review lien alert system messages and route to the appropriate internal staff
- Provide general administrative support including filing, copying, and data entry
- Assist the Loss Mitigation Supervisor and Default Servicing Manager with ongoing projects and guide updates
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher, or at least three years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Familiarity with housing programs or loan servicing preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook; ability to learn new systems quickly (MSP experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in operating common office equipment (copiers, scanners, folding/stuffing machines)
- Proven reliability and consistent attendance
