Medicare Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities
As a Medicare Enrollment Specialist, you will support healthcare enrollment operations by processing applications, reviewing member information, updating records, and ensuring enrollment accuracy.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing Medicare Part D enrollment applications
- Reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy
- Entering and updating information within multiple computer systems
- Assisting members and internal teams with enrollment-related questions
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Meeting productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
- Performing administrative and customer support functions as assigned
Qualifications
