What You’ll Do
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and workplace environments
  • Identify, screen, and interview candidates across administrative, customer service, accounting, and professional roles
  • Manage multiple openings at once while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through
  • Build relationships with candidates—guiding them through the hiring process and setting clear expectations
  • Track recruiting activity and performance metrics (interviews, placements, starts)
  • Stay proactive—building pipelines of talent before the need becomes urgent
What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • Cross-functional Operations or Business Management
  • Call Center or Customer Service Leadership (with hiring + performance oversight)
  • Workforce Management, Staffing Coordination, or Team Leadership roles
  • Project or Program Coordination supporting multiple departments
  • Office or Business Operations roles with exposure to finance, HR, customer service, or technical teams
We’re especially interested in candidates who have led or supported operations across multiple functions, such as:
  • Supported or hired for a variety of roles (administrative, customer service, accounting, etc.)
  • Worked closely with different departments and understand how they operate
  • Managed workflows, staffing needs, or performance across teams
  • Balanced people, process, and performance in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Growth
  • Base salary: $52,000 – $60,000, based on experience
  • Additional earning potential as you grow into full-cycle recruiting, including Direct Hire opportunities
