Are you an analytical professional with experience in compliance, invoicing, financial reporting, accounting, social services, or government-funded programs?
We are seeking a Reimbursement Analyst to support critical child welfare funding programs across Pennsylvania. In this role, you will review financial documentation, analyze reimbursement requests, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and provide technical assistance to counties and service providers.
This position offers the opportunity to combine analytical thinking, problem-solving, and public service while helping ensure the responsible administration of funding that supports children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts, invoices, reimbursement requests, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Analyze financial reports and identify discrepancies, trends, and reporting errors
- Research findings and provide guidance to correct documentation issues
- Interpret and apply state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with counties, providers, and program stakeholders
- Generate and process invoices for payment approval
- Review and validate financial submissions and supporting data
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal databases
- Monitor shared email accounts and respond to inquiries
- Provide technical assistance and support regarding reimbursement processes
- Assist with data management, reporting, and compliance monitoring
- Travel within Pennsylvania as needed

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in:
- Business Administration

OR
- Three (3) years of experience in child welfare, Title IV-E administration, policy, eligibility, or reimbursement programs
OR
- Five (5) years of experience in financial management, invoicing, compliance, auditing, or administration of government-funded programs

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and database systems
