A respected professional organization in Mechanicsburg has an immediate need for a Staff Associate provide administrative and office support to professional staff. This role supports daily office operations by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, assisting with meetings and events, and responding to member inquiries.

This role supports daily office operations by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, assisting with meetings and events, and responding to member inquiries.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative support within a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to professional staff and assist with daily office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from members and staff
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, hearings, and training sessions
- Maintain and update office databases, records, and electronic files
- Prepare meeting materials including agendas, reports, rosters, and presentations
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with legal and arbitration documentation and case file preparation
- Coordinate meeting logistics, registration, and event materials
- Process invoices and assist with tracking office expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel and transportation bookings
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and assist with office communications
- Order office supplies and coordinate vendor services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional administrative training preferred
- Minimum of 3 years administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
- Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, and office logistics preferred
