Overview:
Abel Personnel is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a respected and growing financial services organization with multiple locations throughout Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, on-site role in Philadelphia that offers hands-on technical experience and long-term career growth.
The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to learn. You’ll support staff across departments by resolving technology issues, maintaining system access, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a great opportunity to build your IT and operations skills in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line helpdesk and systems support to internal staff
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues
• Log and document all service requests accurately
• Assist with account setup, permissions, and user access management
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to streamline workflows
• Maintain compliance with security and data protection standards
• Travel occasionally to other branch offices as needed

Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in IT, helpdesk, or technical support
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, basic networking)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to grow professionally
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Occasional travel to Lancaster and other regional branch locations
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, basic networking)
