We are seeking a reliable, committed, and detail-oriented Temporary Accounting & Office Organization Assistant for an immediate short-term assignment. This role is time-sensitive and supports office organization and financial data entry.
This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows through on commitments, and can be trusted to complete tasks accurately and on deadline.
Assignment Overview
- Week 1: Organize office files, records, and invoices
- Week 2: Enter invoices and financial data into QuickBooks (Version 2004)
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and sort paper and electronic financial records
- Accurately enter invoices and expenses into QuickBooks (v. 2004)
- Maintain well-organized, auditable records
- Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality
- Communicate progress clearly and meet firm deadlines
Qualifications
- Prior experience using QuickBooks (experience with older versions strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to completing assigned work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to start immediately
