Responsibilities of Administrative Coordinator

  • Review applications and initiate entry into data processing system.
  • Assign project numbers, collecting basic information, updating computer records and maintaining activity and status reports.
  • Update and maintain program material
  • Provide administrative support for the various department.
  • Preparation of correspondence, transmittals and mailings both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and maintain all filings.
  • Collect and update market housing and demographic data.
  • Process all market analysts’ requests Inventory.
  • Respond to verbal or written inquiries.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars and conferences for staff members.
  • Make project updates to the AS400 system

Qualification of Administrative Coordinator

  • Associates Degree or three years work experience on an administrative level.
  • Knowledge of data collection techniques, statistical preparations, analysis and interpretations.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Communicate information to supervisors, and co-workers
  • Proficient in the use computers and computer systems.
  • Microsoft Office required
  • AS400 preferred but not required.
  • General office knowledge, clerical procedures, word processing, and managing files.
