Harrisburg company looking for a dynamic Associate Media Coordinator to support our marketing clients and handling the review of invoices, correspondence, project plans and ensuring accuracy of all client accounts with respect to the financials, timelines, and project plans. Responsibilities of Associate Media Coordinator:
- Handle billing for media clients through the eSilent Partner Database
- Monitor the database to ensure that ads have run for the requisite time periods
- Make corrections to client billing as needed
- Work with vendors to collect invoices, review for accuracy
- Invoice clients with a commission of net/gross formula based on client contracts
- Work with Account Executives to open up new requisitions and ensure accuracy of information
- Add new clients and vendors to eSilent Partner
- Review specialized billing for grant funded accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support follow up Accounts Receivable as needed for soft collections
Qualifications of Associate Media Coordinator:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a support/administrative capacity, experience within advertising, marketing agency experience is a plus
- Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent years of experience is requested
- Full range of MS Office suite experience with advanced ability in MS Excel requested
- Database experience with Starta or related database experience required
- Experience with eSilent Partner preferred
- Prior experience with Google Docs and online documentation is preferred
- Prior billing experience is preferred
